RMA Policy and Return Shipping Instructions

Return instructions and policy
1. Fill out the RMA Request Form to obtain a RMA Number by e-mail from Crystalaser;
2. Print two copies of the "RMA number e-mail" from CrystaLaser including the assigned RMA No, laser information and your contact information;
    Put two copies of the printed e-mail inside the shipping package together with the laser;
3. Ship the item with freight prepaid, by air. We will reject the freight collection package;
4. Please use the original package to ship the item to the address:     If you can not find the original package, please well package the item;
    Make sure the internal item is safe even the package dropped from 2 meters high to the hard ground.

Additional policy and instructions for International return (out of the USA)
5. Please only use UPS or FedEx, freight prepaid shipping;
    We do not accept any package shipped by Air Cargo, DHL and other carrier from outside the US;
6. Please clearly add the following statement in your commercial invoice for US custom
        "USA made goods return for repairing.   Classification No. 9801.00.10.12"
        "Original manufacturer: CrystaLaser, Reno, NV, USA"
